1st Sub-To Deal LOCKED UP!
After getting my first wholesale deal done a few months ago, I just went under contract on my first sub-to transaction!
The sellers used a realtor previously who couldn't get the job done. I stepped in, explained creative financing to them and found the right buyer who presented a sub-to offer. The terms worked for the sellers and they are thrilled to finally make their move to their next destination.
Couldn't have done it without Aidelys, Kevin and this community! Lets get it SML!
