Hello, I'm a realtor (no sales pitch) in central Iowa. We were able to help an investor in north central Iowa (1 hour from Des Moines, purchase a house to house hack. From signed purchase agreement to closing was 4 days.
That being said, there are deals all over the world and it just takes some hard work to get the deal done.
