New to the Group
New to the world of development. I've spent most of my career working for Pre Engineered Metal Building Fabricators or Erectors. Over the past few years I stepped out and started my own Pre Engineered Metal Building Supply Company and acquired 50% ownership in a Pre Engineered metal building design firm. Lately I've felt a growing interest in getting involved in developing small flex space facilities where I design and supply my own buildings. Im here to learn and interested to gain the insight on what the process looks like and how developers handle funding etc.. and of course if my background and knowledge can be of any assistance to anyone in the group please reach out.
