I’m not a marketer who picked AI as a niche. I was laid off less than 6 months ago after years of employment and doing side hustles, I’d already started playing and using AI and saw that this could change the game for so many people, the potential is huge. I knew if I’d have had these tools available in the years prior I wouldn’t have burnt out so quickly with side hustles. So I took the opportunity of being laid off as a sign I needed to go all in. And so, I’m building my community while running it as a solo founder myself. Everything I teach, I’m using in my own business that same week. No theory I haven’t tested first.
My community isn’t built around hype or big promises. It’s for women in midlife who run everything themselves whilst juggling all that comes with midlife and families etc and are tired of being the only one holding it. Most members aren’t trying to become AI experts, they just want their business to feel less like it’s entirely on their shoulders. That shapes every session I run.
I’m also hands off in the practical sense. When I work with members one to one, I instruct and they drive. I don’t get added to their systems to quietly fix things behind the scenes. They learn to do it themselves, so the confidence sticks around long after the session ends.
British by birth, Melbourne (Aus) by choice for over 10 years, big tea drinker, always testing things on myself before I bring them to the group. None of that is strategy. It’s just who turns up to host every week.🥰
