Strategy Question
I know this will get different answers, but I am trying to make a decision.
I run, for now, a Freemium Community.
I am wondering if I should keep live Q and A calls for Premium Members and up only as an incentive to upgrade.
Or should Free members also have calls?
I go back and forth with this.
All thoughts are appreciated.
