I switched my community to public, no big deal because it’s a service based community and the freemium level is nice. People see community and free modules, all is well…
Well WAS… in this transition I’ve found out that anyone who has been banned from your community STILL has access to see everything people post and has access to your free modules. They can not interact, but they can see peoples products, etc.
I did email skool and they are going to submit that concern to the team, but in the meantime, it’s as it is.
Unfortunately not everyone is honest and trustworthy in this space and in order to protect my community members intellectual property and mine, I think I’m going to have to go back to private and remove the freemium!!
Just wanted to share this for those on the fence!!!
