It took me 6 months to press record 🎥
Not because I didn’t care, but because I thought I had to look a certain way first.
Hair done and makeup on. Look “put together.”
And the truth is, that’s just not me.
So I kept putting it off.
Yesterday, I finally said, enough.
I showed up and recorded the video for my community about page.
And you know what?
My mentor said it was great.
The feedback was better than I expected.
That surprised me.
Because all this time, I thought how I looked mattered more than what I had to say.
It doesn’t.
People don’t need to be perfect. They need real.
That video is now sitting inside my community, and it feels like a big step forward for me.
Not perfect, just done.
And honestly, that’s where things start to change.
If you’ve been holding back on something like I was you’re not alone.
Sometimes the thing we’re avoiding is the exact thing that moves us forward.
