I've been geeking out on my community metrics lately and wanted to share a win that has me fired up. At the beginning of 2025 I started my Skool and growth was steady but engagement was pretty flat and relied heavily on me. After rearranging my Classroom into a full leaderboard challenge with @Brenda Rigney 's help, things shifted in a BIG way, January has been a great urning point. More actions, more connection, and it finally feels like an actual community. 🧡 Now I'm curious where everyone else is at, drop your discovery rank or active member % below! ✅ Mine was gone up from 46% active to 54% active ✅ My discovery rank has gone down to 150 from 715 (started tracking in Oct) Whether you're just getting started or you've been grinding for a while, let's see the real numbers so we can celebrate!
