Honestly, I'm buzzing.
I didn't come in chasing a badge. I came to learn, to connect, and to be part of a community of women who cheer each other on. The levels just crept up on me, one comment, one welcome, one conversation at a time. It turns out those small moments really do add up, so never underestimate a kind word.
