How to know your nervous system is dysregulated:
After 15+ years in root-cause healing, this is one of the most overlooked patterns I see in women who “do everything right” yet still feel stuck.
A dysregulated nervous system often looks like this:
• Rest makes you anxious instead of calm
• Your body feels on high alert—everything feels louder, sharper, more intense
• “Good stressors” crash you instead of supporting you
• Small things feel disproportionately overwhelming
• You’re wired but tired—exhausted, yet unable to fully shut down
• Blood sugar becomes unstable, digestion weakens, inflammation lingers
• Weight won’t budge despite discipline and consistency
• Your energy feels forceful—pushing instead of supported
Here’s the piece most women don’t connect:
When the nervous system is dysregulated, you start chasing fixes.
New supplements.
New biohacks.
New protocols.
New courses.
New devices.
You interrupt help with a “but.”
You believe the next thing will finally fix it.
From a clinical lens, this isn’t a deficiency problem.
It’s a regulation problem.
You can’t supplement your way out of survival mode.
