The session Iโ€™m bringing (and a few I canโ€™t wait for)
Iโ€™ve been having a scroll through the classroom and wowโ€ฆ there is SO much goodness in here already. Iโ€™ll be sharing a session on: ๐Ÿ–ค No-Social Visibility Plan - how to shift away from social-dependent growth and build a visibility system that feeds your email list + Skool community in a much more sustainable way (bye social media!) And a few sessions Iโ€™ve got my eye on: โœ… The Skool Network with Calvin Hollywood (I know I'm not using the network here as much as I could be!) โœ… AI for Smarter Revenue Moves with @Monica Froese (because she's amazing and using AI to make more money, yes please!) โœ… The 3-Hour Skool Week with @Olivia Radcliffe (I'm always looking for ways to work smarter and not harder over here!) Honestlyโ€ฆ this whole event feels like such a beautiful mix of visibility, systems, and sustainability (which I am very here for). If you havenโ€™t had a proper scroll yet, go explore the classroom - Iโ€™d love to know what sessions youโ€™re most excited about!! p.s Can I also share something real with you all? I'm a bit nervous about this! I've never done a live session in a summit before - normally they're pre-recorded, even if they're interviews... so tell me? Who is coming to support me?! I'd love that!!

One of the best ways to grow is to support each other on Skool. So let's do that ๐Ÿ‘‡ Drop a comment with: 1. Your Skool community name + link 2. Who it's for (in one sentence) 3. What members get when they join Then scroll through and join 3 communities that genuinely interest you. Not to game the algorithm. Not for a follow back. Because you're actually curious and want to connect with people building cool things. Let's help each other get those wins ๐Ÿ™Œ

@Ashley Jasper Styles I'm guessing it's the GIF that made you laugh, not the group description haha
๐Ÿ’ซ For those who have grown your communities from 0 โ†’ 1,000+โ€ฆ ๐Ÿ’ซ
What did it take in the beginning to stay encouraged and keep going? I see a lot of newer community owners here (myself included), and Iโ€™m curiousโ€” What actually helped you: - stay consistent when there were only a few members - keep showing up when engagement was low - continue building when it felt slow or uncertain And for those whoโ€™ve made that jumpโ€ฆ What shifted for you as you moved from 50 โ†’ 1,000? Was it - strategy - consistency - energy - something else? Would love to hear what made the difference and what worked for you. Thanks. ๐Ÿชท Ann-Marie ๐Ÿชท

Ooo this is such a good question ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ Honestly? It wasnโ€™t consistency or strategy at the startโ€ฆ it was deciding the room mattered before it looked like it did. Likeโ€ฆ showing up for 5 people the same way you would for 500. And focusing way more on conversations over content - replying, asking questions, actually getting to know people. The growth came from that. Then laterโ€ฆ strategy just helped it scale what was already working. But in the beginning? It was very much โ€œthis matters even if itโ€™s quiet right now.โ€ โœจ itโ€™s definitely a long game! @Ann-Marie Burtell

๐ŸŽ‰ Thanking Our Community Leaders
Love seeing our community leaders showcased every week in our community...and some newcomers. Skool communities thrive with engaged members and community leaders...not from one guru, host or operator. ๐Ÿ”ฅ If you're at Level 1 - you need 5 points to get to Level 2 and gain access to the Built To Be Seen Summit from March 30-April 1. Start with this post. If you're in our community to launch & grow your Skool community in 2026, you need to get on leaderboards in other communities. You'll get recognized for your expertise in your posts, but most especially in your comments!! ๐Ÿ‘‰ Here are 3 thoughts on why leaderboards work: 1๏ธโƒฃ To grow on leaderboards, comment and reply to other people's comments. 2๏ธโƒฃ Create posts only to elicit comments from other members to draw out their perspectives, opinions and expertise...not to showcase only your own. 3๏ธโƒฃ It's not about competition, it's about community and coming back to a place that feels like home. ๐ŸŽ‰ Congrats on the week to: @Christine Vabre (who is on my leaderboard in all 3 of my communities) @Petra Fisher @Tracy Holmes @Kylie Kelly @Ann-Marie Burtell (who just started in the last 72 hours) @Addie Beall @Martine Brown @Vanessa Choi @Wendy Hart @Mercedes Aspland ** Follow these members so you can catch more of these posts and comments.
