🥳 Hey, I'm Tosca and I'm here for it 🤩

I’m Tosca - former Wall Street tech exec - and co-founder of Dreamtech. I’m a CA native but I’ve lived in PA, TX, NY and I’m now in Italy as of 3 weeks ago! I dedicated 30 years to Corporate America and at the age of 54 I decided I had had ENOUGH and left to write a leadership book, travel, and to use my tech skills for good: to help women entrepreneurs over 40 move past tech hurdles, ditch perfectionism and launch their online businesses with confidence.

As far as more alignment, I honestly still struggle with embracing my own natural gifts in my business. I love being on camera, speaking from the stage, guiding others, and being of service - and I don’t think I do those enough.

Fun? Yes, please! I am a 2-time karaoke league champion ( I have an amazing wig collection from this. See the second pic.) adult figure skater, and absolute dancing fool. I love to laugh, tell a good story, travel, and eat good food. Can’t wait to get to know you all and cheer you on!!
