Asalamoalaikum brothers! I just wanted to ask which style should I prefer and chose for striking in Mma like Box ,kick box ,Muay Thai or Jeet kune do of Bruce Lee .?

How Is Everyone Going? It has been some Time since I have posted here, I’ve had some Health issues with my daughter come up. So…. I’ve currently re-learning Muay Thai from Home, it’s been some years since I’ve solely Trained this style as I had been training the other Ones mainly as well as boxing. Feedback on what I’m doing wrong or help/tips On what I can do will be very helpful 🙏🏻
