Skool gives you a member count and a separate page to browse it. The Members Panel puts the full list into a sidebar — one click on the people icon in your navbar and everyone from all your admin communities is there. The panel follows you as you navigate: switch community and the list switches with you. Pin it to keep it open while you work, or use the expand button to open it as a large popup with the list on the left and the CRM profile on the right.

Each row shows the avatar, display name, email or username, level, price, join date and last activity — or "Active now" while someone is online. Beside the name sit compact round badges: role (Owner, Admin), paid tier (a gold crown for Premium, a cyan diamond for VIP), a trial hourglass, the icons of the communities the member belongs to, your own tag emojis and a note icon. The same badges travel with a member's name wherever they appear on Skool — in the feed, in comments, in Group Chat next to each sender, and in the DM list and open DM header.

The list is grouped into folders instead of running as one long strip: "Communities", "Tags", "Pipeline", "Level", "Membership", "Status" and "Countries", each folder with a count, each collapsible, each remembering whether you left it open. One member can sit in several folders at once — that is the point, since a paying VIP in your pipeline is all three things at the same time. Folders wear the badges of what they hold, large ones keep loading as you scroll, and a search opens the folders that contain hits. Tag folders carry a pencil to edit them — name, emoji and colour in one popup. Pipeline folders follow each community's own pipeline, and when several pipelines are in play, each folder names the one it belongs to. Right at the bottom sits "All": the complete result list in one piece.

"Countries" reads the location from each member's profile. Skool's location field is free text, so it gets resolved through countries, US states and cities: "Pearland, TX" lands in the United States, "Mannheim" in Germany, "Bali Indonesia" in Indonesia. Each folder carries the flag and the country name in your language, sorted by size, so your biggest markets sit on top. Anything filled in but unresolvable — "Metaverse", a link — goes to "No country", and members who left the field empty appear in no folder at all.

Drag and drop works in both directions. Drag a profile avatar or name from the feed, a comment or a profile page onto the open panel, and the person is stored as an external contact with name, avatar and last-active date — anyone on Skool, not just your own members. Drop them onto a tag folder instead and the contact is created carrying that tag, with the folder opening to show it. The new contact goes straight to the top and the list switches to "Recently added". The other way round, drag a member row onto your sales pipeline — a board column or a status folder in the pipeline panel — and the stage is assigned the moment you let go. None of the browser's own drag machinery shows up: a small name plate follows the cursor and the target underneath it lights up green.

Filters run as include and exclude over communities, tags, levels, paid tiers, trials, paying members, churned members, admins, who follows you, pipeline stages and external contacts. Name a set of filters and it comes back from the preset menu. Sort by name, last activity, level, join date, follow-up due, or by when a contact was added.

Bulk actions run on a selection rather than on the whole filtered list. "Select members" brings out the checkboxes, with "Select all", a running counter, and a checkbox on each folder head that takes the entire folder. From there you assign tags or a pipeline stage, mention everyone at once, grant course access, write an email to the selection, or export it as CSV — one row per member with communities, role, level, points, location, join and activity dates, tier, price, trial, lifetime value, renewal date, tags, pipeline stage, company, phone, deal value, follow-up, notes, profile link and every custom field you have created, ready for Sheets or Excel.

Every row has its own actions on hover: assign tags, write a note, or open a direct message — the chat icon is missing on your own row, since there is no DM with yourself. A click on the row opens the full CRM profile, a right-click opens the context menu. A sync button in the header refreshes the list at any time, and cross-tab sync keeps CRM, tags, pipeline and filter changes aligned across all open tabs. Opening the Members Panel closes Bookmarks or Calendar if they happen to be open.

The full Members Panel is a VIP feature. On Premium the same panel opens as "Contacts", with the list, tags and notes — see the next section.

Skool gibt dir eine Mitgliederzahl und eine eigene Seite zum Durchblättern. Das Mitglieder-Panel packt die vollständige Liste in eine Sidebar — ein Klick auf das Personen-Icon in der Navbar, und alle aus deinen Admin-Communitys stehen da. Das Panel folgt dir beim Navigieren: Wechselst du die Community, wechselt die Liste mit. Pin es an, damit es beim Arbeiten offen bleibt, oder öffne es über den Erweitern-Knopf als großes Popup mit der Liste links und dem CRM-Profil rechts.

Jede Zeile zeigt Avatar, Anzeigename, E-Mail oder Benutzername, Level, Preis, Beitrittsdatum und letzte Aktivität — oder „Aktiv jetzt", solange jemand online ist. Neben dem Namen sitzen kompakte runde Badges: Rolle (Owner, Admin), zahlende Stufe (goldene Krone für Premium, cyan Diamant für VIP), Sanduhr für die Testphase, die Icons der Communitys, denen das Mitglied angehört, deine eigenen Tag-Emojis und ein Notiz-Symbol. Dieselben Badges begleiten den Namen überall auf Skool — im Feed, in Kommentaren, im Group Chat neben jedem Absender und in der DM-Liste wie im geöffneten DM-Kopf.

Die Liste ist in Ordner gruppiert, statt als eine lange Bahn zu laufen: „Communitys", „Tags", „Pipeline", „Level", „Mitgliedschaft", „Status" und „Länder", jeder Ordner mit Anzahl, auf- und zuklappbar, und jeder merkt sich, wie du ihn verlassen hast. Ein Mitglied kann in mehreren Ordnern gleichzeitig stehen — das ist der Sinn, denn ein zahlender VIP in deiner Pipeline ist alle drei Dinge auf einmal. Ordner tragen die Abzeichen ihres Inhalts, große laden beim Scrollen selbstständig nach, und eine Suche klappt die Ordner mit Treffern auf. Tag-Ordner tragen einen Stift zum Bearbeiten — Name, Emoji und Farbe in einem Popup. Pipeline-Ordner folgen der Pipeline der jeweiligen Community, und sind mehrere im Spiel, nennt jeder Ordner die zugehörige. Ganz unten steht „Alle": die vollständige Trefferliste am Stück.

„Länder" liest die Ortsangabe aus dem Profil. Skools Ortsfeld ist Freitext, deshalb wird es über Länder, US-Bundesstaaten und Städte aufgelöst: „Pearland, TX" landet in den Vereinigten Staaten, „Mannheim" in Deutschland, „Bali Indonesia" in Indonesien. Jeder Ordner trägt die Flagge und den Ländernamen in deiner Sprache, sortiert nach Größe — die größten Märkte stehen oben. Was ausgefüllt, aber nicht auflösbar ist — „Metaverse", ein Link —, landet in „Ohne Land"; wer das Feld leer gelassen hat, taucht in keinem Ordner auf.

Drag & Drop läuft in beide Richtungen. Zieh einen Profil-Avatar oder -Namen aus dem Feed, einem Kommentar oder einer Profilseite auf das offene Panel, und die Person wird mit Name, Avatar und letzter Aktivität als externer Kontakt gespeichert — jeder auf Skool, nicht nur deine eigenen Mitglieder. Lässt du sie stattdessen auf einem Tag-Ordner fallen, entsteht der Kontakt gleich mit diesem Tag, und der Ordner klappt auf und zeigt ihn. Der neue Kontakt steht sofort ganz oben, die Liste springt dafür auf „Zuletzt hinzugefügt". Andersherum ziehst du eine Mitgliederzeile auf deine Sales Pipeline — eine Board-Spalte oder einen Status-Ordner im Pipeline-Panel — und die Phase ist zugewiesen, sobald du loslässt. Von der Drag-Mechanik des Browsers ist nichts zu sehen: Ein kleines Namensschild folgt dem Zeiger, und das Ziel darunter leuchtet grün.

Filter laufen als Include und Exclude über Communitys, Tags, Level, Preisstufen, Testphasen, zahlende Mitglieder, Abgewanderte, Admins, wer dir folgt, Pipeline-Phasen und externe Kontakte. Benenne einen Filtersatz, und er kommt über das Vorlagen-Menü zurück. Sortiert wird nach Name, letzter Aktivität, Level, Beitrittsdatum, fälligem Follow-up oder danach, wann ein Kontakt hinzugekommen ist.

Massenaktionen laufen auf einer Auswahl statt auf der ganzen gefilterten Liste. „Mitglieder auswählen" holt die Checkboxen hervor, dazu „Alle auswählen", ein mitlaufender Zähler und eine Checkbox an jedem Ordnerkopf, die den kompletten Ordner nimmt. Von dort vergibst du Tags oder eine Pipeline-Phase, erwähnst alle auf einmal, gewährst Kurszugang, schreibst der Auswahl eine E-Mail oder exportierst sie als CSV — eine Zeile pro Mitglied mit Communitys, Rolle, Level, Punkten, Ort, Beitritts- und Aktivitätsdatum, Stufe, Preis, Testphase, Lifetime Value, Verlängerungsdatum, Tags, Pipeline-Phase, Firma, Telefon, Deal-Wert, Follow-up, Notizen, Profil-Link und jedem selbst angelegten Feld, fertig für Sheets oder Excel.

Jede Zeile hat beim Überfahren ihre eigenen Aktionen: Tags vergeben, Notiz schreiben oder eine Direktnachricht öffnen — das Chat-Icon fehlt in der eigenen Zeile, weil es keine DM mit sich selbst gibt. Ein Klick auf die Zeile öffnet das vollständige CRM-Profil, ein Rechtsklick das Kontextmenü. Ein Sync-Knopf im Kopf frischt die Liste jederzeit auf, und Cross-Tab-Sync hält CRM, Tags, Pipeline und Filter in allen offenen Tabs gleich. Beim Öffnen des Mitglieder-Panels schließen sich Bookmarks oder Kalender, falls sie gerade offen sind.

Das vollständige Mitglieder-Panel ist ein VIP-Feature. Mit Premium öffnet sich dasselbe Panel als „Kontakte", mit Liste, Tags und Notizen — siehe den nächsten Abschnitt.
