I used to think my community was for 'anyone who wants to grow.' Big mistake.
When you talk to everyone, you end up talking to nobody. The best communities aren't built on a topic—they're built on an identity shift.
Stop focusing on what your people do. Start focusing on who they are becoming.
I call this the Identity Shift:
You take them from who they are right now (frustrated, stuck, or searching) to who they're becoming (a leader, an expert, or a finisher).
When you write your posts, try using 'this is for you if...' but make it spicy. Don't just list goals. Call out the patterns they're tired of repeating.
Be honest... when you look at your current members, who are they actually? Describe them in the comments. I'll help you refine the 'Identity Shift' for them.
