i see this question/topic again, and again in Skoolers and all around Skool: "should i remove inactive members?"

here is where i landed (see the infographics for more details):

90% of lurkers is an industry norm, so i no longer worry about it
instead of worrying about lurkers, i focus on active members to know & appreciate them
with lurkers, i try to design processes to contact them (email, dm, off platform), come up with fun "engagement boosting" activities, and plan to run re-targeting ads to get them back on Skool

also, remember, that Skool is running ads to bring more ppl on the platform and into your community (how cool is that?!)

where are you with lurkers right now?
