When you advertise to everybody, you are advertising to nobody.
"Most recruiting teams do not have an ad problem; they have a clarity problem. Drivers are not confused. They are filtering."
No one cares about an inspection bonus or unrealistic outcomes being promised in your ad.
You need clear, transparent ads. If you post an amount, then make sure you "up to" or the "top earners make" etc.
A GREAT way to write your ad is to just ask yourself this:
"What's your elevator pitch to a driver? Why would you want to drive for _____?"
Then answer it in an ad format for yourself. If you can't answer it yourself, then you will have a rough time getting drivers from it.
