Confirming Your Driver Fridays!!!
Lots of companies hold Monday Orientations, which means your drivers will be traveling over the weekend to get there. Friday is a big day to confirm that your driver has had contact with the transportation coordinator, has bus/train/uber information, and that they are clear on times and what they are expected to do. I always walk my drivers through checking confirmation codes on their phones, bus/plane schedules and tickets, and answer any questions they may have. If I don't know the answer, I make sure to contact the transportation coordinator to get them answered! This is why it's so important to make sure everything is confirmed on Friday, while everyone is still working!!" CONFIRMATION FRIDAYS!!!!
