I used to eat to get full, consuming as many calories as an athlete every meal. Now I eat until I am no longer hungry. Every meal I ate had to be the best meal I have ever eaten. It was an addiction, many times I wasn’t hungry, I just had the taste for it, and would go in full throttle. I would buy a Big Mac meal, with an extra fry to eat in the car on the way home. And of course, I had to have nuggets and a pie for desert. I ate this on a regular basis, backing it up with 2 packs of noodles for a snack before dinner. You must realize that you are not hungry each time, you just have a taste that needs attention. If you’re craving noodles, you’re really craving salt. A small bag of assorted nuts will do the trick?
