Day 1
OK, ladies today is day one! Hopefully you have your micro habit that you’re committing to written down with specification. So that means the habit or activity as well as when in the day you’re going to execute on this. Having it written down, helps your brain commit to it. It makes it very clear what is going to happen so you’re not having to think about it every day. We have to set ourselves up for a success here! I’ve been talking a lot about anchor habits, which are important in helping you to get back to center and helping you feel grounded. This is a small micro habit that helps you find your calmness in the chaos and find your clarity in confusion. It can be something as simple as Box breathing or spraying your favorite fragrance because it provides you with calmness. It could be something like working out or taking a walk. An anchor habit is something that you have identified that you do in times of stress, chaos or uncertainty. Creating an anchor habit for yourself will help ensure your success this week. Life is always going to come in and throw curveballs, but it’s how we handle and manage those that matter the most. By creating an anchor habit for yourself, you are providing yourself with your own tool and resource to pull from to keep you on track. The habit that you selected this week could definitely be your anchor habit. Have an amazing week and happy Monday, everyone!

🚨REMINDER🚨 Our 7 Day Prove It To Yourself Challenge Starts November 24th
I’m so ready to get started! I hope you guys are ready too. This seven day challenge is not intended for us to take on something else that feels overwhelming. This is all about choosing a small micro habit that we are going to commit to for seven days in order to help boost our consistency and to help us build self trust. Every change that we make in life requires that we have the confidence but also the trust in ourselves to do it. Those are the two pivotal pieces that I like to focus on when doing inner work. We have to get back to trusting our gut, trusting our intuition, trusting that we know best and trusting that we are completely capable of everything that we hope and dream. If there was no one else on the planet that we can trust, we should be able to trust ourselves. Pick one small micro habit that you were gonna commit to for seven days. It can be something as small as drinking water stepping outside for 15 minutes or just going to bed at a consistent time. After you have your daily commitment, you are also going to select a time of day that this is gonna happen. So will you do this thing in the morning, in the evening, at 5 PM, any of those things work. You can do all things! You can do everything that you put your mind to. You just need to prove it to yourself! See you in the challenge.
