🚨REMINDER🚨 Our 7 Day Prove It To Yourself Challenge Starts November 24th
I’m so ready to get started! I hope you guys are ready too. This seven day challenge is not intended for us to take on something else that feels overwhelming. This is all about choosing a small micro habit that we are going to commit to for seven days in order to help boost our consistency and to help us build self trust. Every change that we make in life requires that we have the confidence but also the trust in ourselves to do it. Those are the two pivotal pieces that I like to focus on when doing inner work.
We have to get back to trusting our gut, trusting our intuition, trusting that we know best and trusting that we are completely capable of everything that we hope and dream. If there was no one else on the planet that we can trust, we should be able to trust ourselves.
Pick one small micro habit that you were gonna commit to for seven days. It can be something as small as drinking water stepping outside for 15 minutes or just going to bed at a consistent time. After you have your daily commitment, you are also going to select a time of day that this is gonna happen. So will you do this thing in the morning, in the evening, at 5 PM, any of those things work.
You can do all things! You can do everything that you put your mind to. You just need to prove it to yourself! See you in the challenge.
