We’ve been asked by our partner in Mauritius who is scoping a really exciting and impactful project around HRDC training refunds.

Here’s the context:

In Mauritius, companies pay a training levy and can claim back training refunds through the HRDC (Human Resource Development Council).
The current process is tedious, time-consuming, and error-prone.
Our partner has mocked up an AI-powered software that could streamline the HRDC refund process, reduce human error, and cut the time required to just minutes.
Feedback from potential users is already being gathered, with plans to approach HRDC directly.

What we’re looking for: A software developer who could partner on this project and help build the platform. This would be a paid project with equity options for the right partner.
