In just a little over a year and a half, AI video has so dramatically improved, and more and more AI programs are available for creating videos, so I thought I'd spend a few of the next Tip-of-the-Day comments about video production. I think the AI videos we are seeing fall into two categories: the first is a series of visuals nicely presented, and the second is video storytelling. Many professional music videos fall into the first category—they are visually appealing and complement the music, but are more eye candy than storytelling. Storytelling videos, on the other hand, are a form of communication. They bring the viewer along on a journey from start, through events, and to a conclusion. I'll be concentrating on storytelling, where and how story ideas originate, how to develop them, and the best ways to assemble them. Stay tuned!
