Ive been struggling with:
1. THC intake (edibles)
2. Late night snacking
They kind of go hand in hand because if I eat one too many edibles I basically am a lost cause for trying to not snack.
I am weening down to two edibles a night and then hopefully zero.
Shark got me to the best shape of my life. I know that feeling and that is a huge motivator. To achieve that familiar sense of leanness again. But as Shark says, the journey is never over.....
