I have been doing the 16:8 intermittent fasting. I started at 200lbs and I am down to 193. I'm sure there's some water weight loss in that but it's helping me stay committed.
I felt tempted by the thoughts of loosening the 16:8 restriction so I did a 24 hour fast this weekend to get control of my mindset. It's been a struggle but not submitting to the desires feels empowering.
