Accountability post March 14
Man what an amazing day. Feeling so blessed 🙏🏼
All non negotiables on point today. 2285 calories, good macros, 14k steps, got a bunch of jump rope in while spotting my dad on bench press, then taught group boxing class and did conditioning with my guys who took the class, then went to test drive a car and bought it lol. What an awesome day. And I get to share this all with my beautiful family who I love so much. God thank you so much for all these blessings I’m so grateful.
