Feeling stronger by the day. Gained a little weight back. End of last week I was 184-185. Ate out a bit and had a few beers with the nice weather. Had a killer workout session today with new PRs despite a little extra weight. Got my calaries in at 1800. I stopped counting my steps today at 7k as I put my fitness ring on charge and forgot to take it off but I for sure hit 10k. I got my walking pad on an incline now which should only help moving forward. Feeling great today, excited to do the same tomorrow. 💪
