The process is a part of loving yourself. After returning to DFW ive had to ground myself and use what ive learned about boundaries and discernment to determine who and where I need to invest myself in. First thing I did was actually pull weeds from the yard of the new house im staying in. More recently Ive had to be blunt with some people who have wanted to return into my life and state my conditions for a safe and authentic relationship. Ive had to fortify my heart against those ive had strong feelings for and pull the weeds of what no longer serves me. It wasn't pretty and im sure there were moments of projection due to how deeply this cut into my soul. It was extremely painful and still is. My mental health hasn't been the best, my body has been exhausted, and my spirit feels shaken. But I do feel my love pouring back into myself through this process. Its not going to be easy moving forward on this path but it never was. It will however, be beautiful.

Earn with the spirit of rejuvenation so that what you receive can allow you to give to those around you. Im moving back to Texas after about 4 years. I pray that I may plant seeds of healing energy I've received which these Colorado mountains, sylphs, and undine have planted within my heart.

Seeds are planted and sprout in the dark. Without that darkness, it would never sprout into the light. I am healed enough, just grounding and healthy boundaries are still necessary and that's ok.
