It is officially the middle of the day. How are we doing out there?
Friendly reminder that it is not too late to:
Return that call you told yourself you would get to this morning.
Update that customer who has been waiting since 9am with zero communication.
Present that recommendation that has been sitting on your desk since the tech finished it an hour ago.
Check on that vehicle that has been in your WIP since Tuesday and you are not entirely sure where it is.
We are not judging. We have all been there.
But the afternoon is fresh. The comeback is real. And there is still plenty of time to turn a reactive Monday into a proactive one.
Go handle your business.
