Recently did a starting session for a new consultancy, and got lots of good data that I’ll be sharing in a video next week!
There’s a lot of things to work through, so it will probably be a short video followed by a much longer video lol
But all very good information on profiling new coffees and like always, relating it to what we are seeing/tasting in different settings.
