TheraChi™ Qigong for Spine and Shoulders with Senior Life Coach Kristy
How often can you say WOW, with your body? from Dr. Suzie Carmack: Here you can see us opening up our hearts to collaborate with each other using my "Wow" arm practice. You can try it too - right now! 1) Stand and create a "W" with your arms (as shown). As we pull our shoulder blades together we are strengthening our back and posture while opening up our chest. 2) Create an "O" with your arms in front of your chest. Look inside the circle and create a vision where you can see yourself expressing your intention. (Collaboration in this case). 3) Create another "W" and imagine you are putting your heart into your vision for your intention. Life throws us wows - some we like and some we dont. But when we practice WOW arms we can recenter ourselves and transform our mindset from reactive to proactive. Let me know how it goes for you below... and reach out if you need a genius break facilitator for your next event!
