Your body goes into protection mode, and your mind follows.
We’re going to break down:
- why this happens in real situations
- what’s going on beneath the surface when your body panics
- how to reset yourself in the moment so you can still speak clearly
This isn’t about forcing confidence or “pushing through nerves”.
It’s about understanding first, so your communication improves naturally after.
