Salam Everyone I'm 24 years old from Dublin. Here to improve my communication and relationship building skills. Something I struggle with when it comes to speaking is the ability to think on the spot and let my words flow freely in a manner that will keep people engaged. I feel as if I'm in my own head too much or don't have the knowledge to speak in certain situations so stay quiet too often
