A Podcasting First...
“I’m gonna go ahead and just stop recording...” 🤯 Well that was a first... I was mid podcast episode recording with a host and he just “wasn’t feeling it” and stopped the recording. In the 100+ podcasts I’ve been invited onto and recorded, that’s never happened. Not once.
I mean, better to bail early if it’s not going to be a good fit, but... isn’t that something that could be uncovered in a pre-interview call? Or in researching your guest ahead of the call? Or having notes about what you want to ask them? Or having a plan for the show? Or even an episode title or topic...?
