Unexpected fall risk
Make sure you’re looking at all the factors when it comes to how you move & age. That standing on 1 leg while you brush your teeth trick is great, but unless all the factors are coming to the party, it’s not gonna save you.
90 Seconds for Longevity
1 in 2 women develop osteoporosis 1 in 3 who fall with fracture a hip Regaining prior level of function after this fall is less than 50% And the mortality rate in the first year after this fall is 20% Not to be doom and gloom but this matters. Protect yourself. 90 seconds a day makes a difference.
Back Pain? No problem 😉
Devon came to me last week in a panic after her back flared up. She had just been sick and her body freaked out. Was it anything she “did”? What about that shooting Sciatic pain down her leg? Totally sucky, but she wasn’t broken. She just needed to BEST™ her plan & meet her body where it was. I helped her find ways ahead COULD move pain free so she had a place to start and feel successful. A wee later, she’s not 100% where she wants to be, but feels confident she’s moving in the right direction. Remember that the next time you has a flare up. Tiny movement wins always benefit! If you’re someone who needs some PTs on “SOS” like Devon, that’s what we’re here for. Walking you through BEST™ movement & living
