What Self-Care Sobriety Means Here
I’m really glad you’re here.
This space is about self-care sobriety—not as perfection, restriction, or “doing it right,” but as awareness. It's the practice of noticing what actually supports your nervous system… and choosing it with intention.
Here, self-care sobriety might look like:
•pausing instead of pushing• resting without earning it
• choosing presence over numbing• setting one small boundary
• noticing what helps—and what drains
There’s no expectation to post daily. No comparison. No advice unless it’s asked for.
You’re welcome to participate quietly, out loud, or somewhere in between.
If you’d like, introduce yourself by answering one of these (or simply read and settle in):
👉 What does self-care sobriety mean to you right now?
👉 What’s one way you know when something is supporting you?
This is a practice space. Gentle. Optional. Human.
Take what you need. Leave the rest.
