Self-care sobriety is the practice of noticing what truly supports your nervous system—and choosing it with intention.
Rather than focusing on one area of life, this approach recognizes that we are multi-dimensional beings. Our well-being is shaped by physical, emotional, mental, relational, energetic, and other dimensions that interact with one another every day.
Drawing from Michael Brown’s 12-Dimension framework, this program invites awareness—not fixing. Each dimension offers a different doorway into self-care sobriety, helping us notice where we tend to numb, override, disconnect, or overextend.
Over the next 12 weeks, we’ll gently explore one dimension at a time—learning how awareness, regulation, and choice can replace pressure, perfection, and self-abandonment.
There is no hierarchy here. No dimension to master. No “right” way to engage.
This is a practice space—rooted in curiosity, compassion, and conscious care.
