🟢🔥New Savages: Start Here🔥🟢
𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬… welcome to the sanctuary for people who are done sacrificing their bodies, energy, and sanity to systems that profit from their exploitation—and call it “normal.” We are the ones who opt out, laugh a little or a lot, and take our power back all while making it look good. We'll accomplish this by way of: • Simple daily opt-out practices (10-Minute Protection) • Nervous system regulation + energy protection • Deconditioning hustle, people-pleasing, and override patterns • Embodied self-care that actually sticks (not cute routines you quit in 3 days) Let me give you a quick tour… 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞: https://www.skool.com/self-care-savages-6694/classroom 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞: https://www.skool.com/self-care-savages-6694/calendar Inside this community you’ll receive : You'll have voice drops sent to you weekly, templates & guides to grow faster in the programs, live workshops with me each week, client mixers (not to miss), virtual & live retreat offers (clients always get first dibs & that's you), guest experts, surprises, bonuses.... you name it. Let’s get you grounded and integrated: 👉 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟏: Introduce yourself below (no links). Share the #1 thing draining you the most right now — physically, emotionally, or energetically (so we can answer this on live trainings). 👉 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟐: Visit the "calendar" in the navigation & add the live calls to your schedule. Fact: the biggest difference between people who actually evolve and people who stay stuck is showing up consistently. (Better to be learning, doing, & networking than scrolling the newsfeed. Realistically, most of you have time to attend a training per week) ---> This is critical to keep you from shiny object syndrome and getting side tracked. 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐒: 1) There are 3 roles you need for real transformation: • A guide who helps you see what you can’t yet see • A peer who mirrors and normalizes the process

Watch the video before reading 👇
Most people choose the smooth, controlled path — suppress, stay steady, don’t feel too much. A Self-Care Savage does the opposite. Savages let themselves go through the ups and downs. They feel it. Ride it. Move with it. Because what looks messy on the surface actually creates momentum. The video shows why the “roller-coaster path” wins — and why suppressing emotions quietly slows everything down. If you’ve ever thought you were “too emotional,” this might reframe that fast. 👇 Watch first, then comment: 🍄 Does this change how you see the ups + downs you go through?
A simple self-care reminder for today
You don’t need to fix yourself today. You don’t need a breakthrough. You don’t need to “do more self-care right.” Sometimes self-care is just noticing what actually helps you feel a little more like you — and doing one small version of that. That might look like: 🍄pausing before you say yes 🍄drinking water before pushing through 🍄stepping away for 5 quiet minutes 🍄choosing rest without earning it None of this is dramatic. None of it needs to be explained. It still counts. If today feels heavy or loud, you’re not behind. ‼️You’re human. 💯 💬 If you want to share: what’s one small thing that helps you reset, even a little?
