Choose ONE 3-hour block this weekend for a mini “digital Sabbath.”
During that time:
  • no social media
  • no unnecessary scrolling
  • no multitasking entertainment
Instead:
  • rest
  • connect with family
  • go outside
  • journal
  • pray
  • cook slowly
  • stretch
  • read
  • organize your space
  • reflect
Notice what emotions surfaced when you disconnected from constant stimulation.
Stillness can feel uncomfortable when we’ve become used to constant noise.
Measurable Goal Before Monday:
Complete one uninterrupted 3-hour low-screen block before Monday. Bonus points for pictures of what you decide to focus on!!
