Introduction and my Progress
Hi everyone! My name is Diego (32) and I have been doing the Beginner Strenght Programm for 6 Months now. The results are incredible, after a half year I can not only do 5 x 10 reps of every exercise but way over 20 reps!! I went for strenght and explosiv strenght but now the main goal is volume and static skills.
