Big Congrats to James - $40K/m > 15 new clients in 1 month 😎 💸
Wanted to give a big shout out to @James Hirsch one of our inner circle members who recently cracked $40K/m!
Not only that he signed 15 new clients in a single month.
Not a bad way to kick off the year 💪
He did it by following the foundations of the one many agency model to a T.
1) A clearly defined niche
2) A productised service around solving one clear problem for that niche (getting more leads / appts)
3) Not overcomplicating the deliverables. Just offer paid ads for lead gen + lead nurturing systems.
4) Run your own paid ads to get clients at scale.
Most of the guys I'm working with are able to get clients in the door for $400 - $600 tops.
Even if you sold a $1k/m retainer on a 3 month contract you are get 6-7X every dollar you put into paid ads.
Thats not evening considering the ROI on all the clients that stay for 1-2 years.
Thats not even considering selling more expensive retainers.
