Appreciate the detailed response man. The biggest thing that clicked for me was "your real currency is proof, not revenue." I think I've been too focused on the $10k/month goal and not focused enough on getting one client a result and turning that into a case study. My plan now is to stop overthinking the niche, pick one, keep making calls, and focus on getting my first case study. Once I have proof, everything else should get easier. Thanks for taking the time to write all that out. It definitely gave me a different perspective on what I need to do.
