TOMORROW 8:30AM: FULFILMENT THAT RUNS WITHOUT YOU
Tomorrow at 8:30am AEST I'm going live for a free training on fulfilment that runs without you. 1 hour of teaching, then 30 mins of open Q&A. If you haven't added it to your calendar yet, do it here so you actually show up: https://www.addevent.com/calendar/vlgsh5blql8p https://www.addevent.com/calendar/vlgsh5blql8p (It's the community events calendar, so once you subscribe this one and every future live lands in your calendar automatically with the link and a reminder.) Quick recap on why this one matters. Most agency owners hit the same wall. You sign a few clients, the work piles up, and suddenly you're the media buyer, the creative team, the reporting department and the account manager all at once. That's the golden handcuffs. You started the agency for freedom and ended up with a job you can't take a week off from. In my agency about 80% of client delivery now happens without me or anyone on my team touching it. The other 20% gets delegated. Tomorrow I'm walking you through how we set that up. You'll see: #1.) Which parts of fulfilment hand over to agents first, and which ones most people get wrong by handing over too early #2.) The structure that keeps margins high as you add clients, instead of watching them shrink with every signing #3.) What a one man agency actually looks like at $30K to $50K a month profit when fulfilment isn't eating your week, and how long it realistically takes to get there Then 30 mins of Q&A so you can ask about your own setup. Tomorrow, Friday 16 Oct 8:30am AEST (Brisbane) 1 hour training + 30 min Q&A 100% free Add it to your calendar here: https://www.addevent.com/calendar/vlgsh5blql8p https://www.addevent.com/calendar/vlgsh5blql8p Once you've subscribed, type "DONE" in the comments so I know who's coming. See you tomorrow.

TOMORROW 8:30AM: FULFILMENT THAT RUNS WITHOUT YOU
FREE LIVE TRAINING FRIDAY: FULFILMENT THAT RUNS WITHOUT YOU
This Friday 16 Oct at 8:30am AEST I'm going live for a free training. 1 hour of teaching, then 30 mins of open Q&A. The topic is the one you guys voted for in the poll… fulfilment that runs without you. Chuck it in your calendar here so you actually show up: https://www.addevent.com/calendar/vlgsh5blql8p https://www.addevent.com/calendar/vlgsh5blql8p (It's the community events calendar, so once you subscribe this one and every future live lands in your calendar automatically with the link and a reminder.) So here's the deal. Pretty much every agency owner I talk to hits the same wall at some point. You sign a few clients, the work piles up, and suddenly you're the media buyer, the creative team, the reporting department and the account manager all at once. You either stop taking clients because you can't handle any more, or you hire and watch your margin disappear. That's the golden handcuffs. You started the agency for freedom and ended up with a job you can't take a week off from. Over the last few months we've rebuilt how fulfilment works in my agency using AI agents and automation. Right now about 80% of client delivery happens without me or anyone on my team touching it. The other 20% gets delegated. On Friday I'm going to walk you through exactly how we set that up. You'll see: #1.) Which parts of fulfilment hand over to agents first, and which ones most people get wrong by handing over too early #2.) The structure that keeps margins high as you add clients, instead of watching them shrink with every signing #3.) What a one man agency actually looks like at $30K to $50K a month profit when fulfilment isn't eating your week, and how long it realistically takes to get there I'm not going to give it all away in a post. Come to the live. Then we've got 30 mins of Q&A so you can ask about your own setup. Friday 16 Oct 8:30am AEST (Brisbane) 1 hour training + 30 min Q&A
Prospects put off by Ad Spend - Real Estate
Hey guys, I'm in the real estate niche and have been getting quite a few sales appointments booked lately. The issue I'm running into is that since I structure my offer around a performance guarantee, a lot of prospects assume there are no upfront costs whatsoever. But when I explain that they still need to cover the ad spend they immediately get put off, and the conversation takes a completely different turn. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this and how you've handled it. Do you make the ad spend clear upfront in your outreach, or bring it up during the sales call? Thanks!

Radio advertising > pay up front Bus stop ad > pay up front Cinema ad > pay up front Letter box drops / junk mail > pay up front. Most likely, what's happening is there is incongruency between your offer/messaging and the type of people that you actually want to be attracting. If the majority of people are booking in sales calls expecting that they don't have to pay anything up front, then clearly that's what your marketing and offer are making them assume, which is why it's probably attracting brokey agents. You want to do the opposite and qualify people at the front end based on either how much they're already making or how much they have to invest. You don't need to make the ad communicate point-blank that they have to spend money up front, but you just don't want to be doing the opposite of that (where you make it out like they don't have to pay anything up front). They only assume that if you structure the messaging and the offer in a way where it could be easy for them to assume that.

(Note: this is first come first serve. This post will be deleted in 48hrs, so act fast) If you watched Friday’s “$30K/Month Profit Fast Track” webinar (or the replay over the weekend), you saw the model. AI agents running media buying, creatives, reporting, lead follow-up and appointment setting. The one-man agency is now more possible and more scalable than it ever has been. Now the question is what it looks like inside YOUR agency. So if you’re currently anywhere below $30K/m in profit, want to fast track your growth, and want to run a lean agency where agents do the work a team used to do... ... my team is ready to give you a custom game plan for your agency specifically. During this short call, our team will: #1.) Audit your current client acquisition and fulfilment process, and reveal the blind spots that are costing you time and money every month (there are always a few you can’t see from the inside)... #2.) Map out where AI agents slot into your specific agency, which tasks to hand off first, and how to structure your offer so you keep more of what you bill... #3.) And if we’re confident we can help you get to $30K, $50K and $100K+ a month using the model, they’ll paint a picture of what your next steps would look like potentially becoming a private client working 1-1 with me. There is nothing for sale on this call. If you’d like to work with us and we’re confident we can help, our team will send you a few core videos from our training vault and set up a second call for a deeper dive into what the solution would actually look like. First, let’s just talk and see how we can help. Quick example of why I’m confident in this. Nick joined the mastermind 4 weeks ago. The month before, his agency was doing about $6K a month. Sales was his biggest fear. 3 weeks earlier he’d been an employee. Since joining he’s added $20,600 in monthly recurring revenue. His biggest client came in at $6,600. He closed two brokers in a single week at $1,800 packages, one of them straight after Friday’s webinar off a cold Loom.

ANOTHER FREE LIVE WEBINAR THIS FRIDAY. VOTE ON WHAT I TEACH.
Quick one. The $30K/Month Profit Fast Track webinar went off. Over 100 of you registered, 70 showed up live, and most stayed right to the end. So I'm running another one this Friday. I'm off on a surf trip late next week and taking the whole week off, so this is the last live training before I go. I want you walking out of it with something you can use on Monday. Nearly every call I'm on, someone is stuck in one of the same few spots: calls that won't close, a calendar with nothing on it, a client saying the leads are junk, or fulfilment that only works when you're in the chair. You pick which one we fix on Friday. Vote below. If you went with something else, tell me exactly what in the comments and I'll read every one.
