Framework Pitch:
Starting in the 'shred phase', taking the user from feeling stressed, overwhelmed, stuck and insecure about their body to reliably losing fat week-to-week to become lean and confident. From there, we use accountability with the 'reverse & reveal phase' to improve metabolism, boost energy and prevent fat gain. Now that we have this new standard, we move on to the 'gain & maintain phase' which allows us to add aesthetic muscle with minimal fat gain.
