Expected outcome: More balance and freedom in your body, with an elite physique you can maintain year-round and enjoy a flexible lifestyle with it.
Framework Pitch:
Starting in the 'shred phase', taking the user from feeling stressed, overwhelmed, stuck and insecure about their body to reliably losing fat week-to-week to become lean and confident. From there, we use accountability with the 'reverse & reveal phase' to improve metabolism, boost energy and prevent fat gain. Now that we have this new standard, we move on to the 'gain & maintain phase' which allows us to add aesthetic muscle with minimal fat gain. By the end of this process, the user will have a physique that is elite-level and maintainable during rapid lifestyle change.
