Vertical height
How do you gain vertical height of your molars?
If my eye saw correct and the lens of the before and after from op Santiago was correct it looked like he has gained vertical height on his whole posterior palatal bone from his thumbpulling and mouthguard.
I’m interested to know if you’ve gained it, how? What exactly does the mouthguard and thumbpulling combination provid besides from transverse dental arch remodelling.
