R1 vs R3
I switched to the r3 and now when I wake up I notice that it closes my posterior open bite. When i wear my r1 it enforces and supports that bite. Not sure which one to use.
Note that I got R3 Large and had to cut the back of the mouthguard because it was very uncomfortable in the back of my mouth.
