Please guide me
Hello, I am an 18-year-old. This is a bit of a long story.
About a year ago, I stayed in a rural area for around 8 months where there was no internet and no access to a dentist. During that time, I developed cavities. Because of this, I was unable to chew on one side of my mouth, so I started eating only on the other side, mostly using my upper front teeth.
Over time, I noticed that my upper front teeth became darker and changed color. When I later went to a city and visited a dentist, I was told that both of those teeth were dead and required root canal treatment. After the treatment, they gave me veneers on the front teeth and a cap on the lower jaw.
Because I had been chewing on only one side for a long time, my face gradually became asymmetrical. My nose, eyes, and overall facial structure now appear uneven. I also developed TMJ issues—when I open my mouth wide, my jaw deviates to the right side.
Please help me. When I use the inverted filter, my entire face looks very asymmetrical, and it has been causing me a lot of concern. I have been mewing for one month started to chew on effected side which is left side of my face i joined gym I also noticed I have flat feet and atp i am trying to fix atp and flat feet it is quite confusing please help me also I been doing chintucks and chin curls please guide me
