My lead module is not opening. I had create one dependency on Lead source when select partner, the partner list should appear. It was working fine but I tried another dependency to directly extract Partner account name from account module and deleted the partner list field. Please reset the lead module to default. Hi ! I have created contracts for Hardware AMCs & Tally Software Subscription . I want to send the end customer mail before 1 week of the expiry of the contract or Tally Subscription. It seems simple but unfotunately I am unable to acheive the desired results. Can some one help me with this ?

In the admin panel, in email settings I have been trying to enter SMTP settings in the hope that emails will go from the CRM but have had no success since 15 days. I saw various Sangam videos but couldn't. Also these settings work on various different email clients except SangamCRM Can anyone help please?
