Lead module not opening

Lead module not opening
My lead module is not opening. I had create one dependency on Lead source when select partner, the partner list should appear. It was working fine but I tried another dependency to directly extract Partner account name from account module and deleted the partner list field. Please reset the lead module to default. My url is noveltycomputer.sangamcrm.com
