I'm not their bookkeeper?
My thrivecart receipts show the full-price of a purchase. So if it was on a coupon or free... still shows full price. This person bought on tripwire so it IS "full" price, i.e. not on a coupon where it WAS $97 but they paid $17. This is the second time someone has requested that *I* dig into my records to provide them a receipt for their purchase. Both are out of the county. Both say it is for "taxes". Neither was actually very nice about it. I'm wondering why they think I'm their bookkeeper? When I make a purchase, I'm in charge of ALL the clerical aspects including tracking. I'm... salty about the demand to take MY time to dig up their records (that they do have and could cross-reference on their bank statements.) And I get it, it's a flaw in TC that the receipt (maybe) doesn't give details. Thoughts?
Q about skool
Hi Sage, on the call about a month ago you mentioned offering one of your programs on how to create a Skool community. Did I somehow miss this? Thanks
Keeping track of bundle performance
@Sage Grayson since you did so many bundles last year, how did you keep track of the performance of every bundle? Did you create a new landingpage for each bundle/product? Or did you just use your main landingpages and worked with tags or anything to see where people were coming from? (Or not track anything at all, thats also an option of course 😂) I am working with an airtable table to keep track of subscribers, income and sponsorships etc for each bundle, but I am really struggling with creating all the landingpages and something is telling me I am making this, again, way to complicated. Would love to read how you are handling this 😊
Email subscription services
I'm BRAND NEW to this whole business thing, and one of my priority projects is getting an email subscription set up. What service do you all recommend? Any one you like above others? I am on a budget as I'm starting out and don't want to spend tons.
Thoughts on branding of planners?
As I was working with Sage's planner today, I noticed that she has her URL at the bottom of each page. The business-y part of me believes this is an incredibly smart thing to do! The part of me that wants to create beautiful, colorful planner pages without visual interruptions like branding thinks it's a terrible idea, though. 😆 From my recollection, most planners I've seen/bought that are designed for the masses, haven't had branding or mention of their creators except maybe on the first few pages (like a welcome page, and links on where to find help using the planner). But...my planners aren't necessarily going to be designed for the masses (I'm primarily targeting neurospicy women), so maybe branding is okay... What do y'all think?
